In-Person Poster Presentations

Poster presentations will be held during the two-hour receptions on June 10 and 11 from 5:00-7:00pm. Posters can be put up between 3:00 and 5:00 pm on each day and should be removed following the presentation. We ask that you stay by your poster during the reception. We will let you know before the meeting if your poster has been selected to be part of a scheduled Poster Walk.

The poster boards provided will be 6’ high x 5’ wide and will accommodate a range of poster sizes (including up to 6' wide).
You are only required to bring your printed poster. All other materials needed for poster setup will be provided at the conference.

Please bring your printed poster to the Convene gallery on the morning of the day you are scheduled to present, and leave it with a member of the staff at the registration desk.

As ELSIcon2024 is a hybrid meeting, please provide a pdf of your poster for our virtual audience.
Please upload a pdf of your poster using Conference Harvester by June 3
If you wish to print your poster in NYC, a list of local printers is provided below for convenience.
