Taylor Montgomery is an NHGRI Diversity Supplement Recipient at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute and Harvard Medical School's Department of Population Medicine. Under the direction of Dr. Hadley Stevens Smith, her work lies at the intersection of equity, bioethics, and maternal and child genomic medicine. Ms. Montgomery recieved her B.A. in Philosophy and Kinesiology Sports Medicine at Rice University (Houston, Texas). She then went on to get her MPH in Health Services Organization at the University of Texas School of Public Health (Houston, Texas). She will begin her PhD in Bioethics and Health Policy at Johns Hopkins University (Baltimore, MD) this fall, where she will continue her work in ELSI and emerging technology as a Health Equity Scholar.
